Accounting Intern

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with processing weekly accounts payable/receivable, filing, and maintaining documentation.
• Process sales orders/order entry in coordination with sales staff.
• Perform clerical support tasks.
• Assist management as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Required

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with a preference on Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent organizing abilities.
• Enthusiasm for working at a small, rapidly growing company.

Preferred

• Accounting: 1 year
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year

This position offers a flexible schedule Monday to Friday working up to 20 hours per week between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. (can work around school classes). This is an in-person job at our headquarters in Logan, Utah.
