Accounting / Invoicing / Order Entry

Duties may include: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Entry, Answering Telephones, Scanning and Indexing documents, and various other administrative tasks in a busy office.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

· General PC

· Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Outlook

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivables

· Ability to work independently and with a team.

· Strong time management and organizational skills.

· Able to multi-task.

· High degree attention to detail.

This full-time position is ideal for a individual that is looking for a position with a variety of duties and who pays attention to detail. We are a service business and require great attendance in this position.
