  • Produce monthly P&Ls, balance sheets, and financial reports
  • Track owner draws, intercompany loans, and distributions
  • Coordinate with external CPA firms on taxes, 1099s, and year-end filings
  • Maintain clean and well-organized ledgers across all companies

Titanium Legal Daily Accounting (Daily)

  • Support Field Operations with process service onboarding (W-9s, agreements, ACH setup, required documents)
  • Verify documentation and maintain updated contractor records
  • Process weekly 1099 contractor payments
  • Handle accounting questions from clients, process servers, vendors and courts

Administrative & HR Functions (Occasional)

  • Manage new-hire onboarding and employee documentation
  • Update payroll changes, track PTO, coordinate benefits
  • Maintain compliance files and internal documentation
  • Oversee office needs for the Springfield location (supplies, vendors, equipment)
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of accounting experience (multi-entity preferred)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close
  • Proficiency with various accounting software
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
  • Preferred: Advanced accounting experience beyond bookkeeping (e.g., full close ownership, complex reconciliations, intercompany accounting)
  • Preferred: Experience working with 1099 contractors or field-based workforce

Compensation

  • Depends on Experience
  • PTO, Medical, dental & vision, and gym membership.
