Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager with strong experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple client portfolios, leading meetings, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and finalize accounts
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial standards
• Prepare MIS reports and manage bank reconciliations
• Review and verify financial and compliance accuracy across all accounts
• Handle all assigned accounting and auditing tasks independently
• Manage multiple client engagements and address client queries
• Attend client visits and lead initial meetings
• Provide guidance and training to team members
• Work proficiently with major accounting software
• Apply thorough knowledge of IFRS and relevant regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ACCA / CMA / Chartered Accountant / M.Com / CA Inter
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Tax Filing, Tax Consultation, and Financial Management
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Thorough understanding of IFRS

Location: This is an on-site role based in Al Mamzar, Dubai.UAE (Candidates must be currently based in UAE)

Experience: 6–8 years total experience, including minimum 4 years in UAE from an Accounting & Auditing Firm
