Title of Position: Accounting Manager

Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience

Location: Boulder, CO

We are seeking a hands on, detail oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning core finance processes while also rolling up their sleeves to support ad hoc initiatives.

Qualifications/Experience:

3-5 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field

Responsibilities:

Supporting financial accounting matters and emerging issues
Prepare and review accounts in accordance with US GAAP
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Review and resolve balance sheet reconciliations
Evaluate, maintain, and continuously improve the internal control environment
Manage regular cash flow forecasting and reporting against budget
Prepare monthly management packs, including variance analysis versus budget
Assist with ad hoc M&A activity and transaction support
Respond to ad hoc finance requests across the business
Review monthly intercompany billings
Oversee the payroll function
Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations
Prepare and review tax calculations, filings, and submissions
Review information required for statutory and regulatory returns]

This role is based out of our Boulder office with a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in the office (Mondays & Fridays required).
