Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Little Rock, AR. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, preparing complex financial statements, performing analysis and reconciliation tasks, and managing data entry into accounting software. The role will also involve supporting the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The right candidate for this position will only need company specific details and will not require task-oriented training, however, team members are available to support this role. Typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is bonus eligible.

100% on-site. This is not a work from home opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Capable of stepping into any accounting role with pre-existing knowledge of what to do, and how to do it - required
  • Proficiency in computers, printers, typing, filing - required
  • Quickbooks Online - expert skills required
  • GAAP - expert skills required
  • Hands on accounting experience - required
  • Excellent attention to detail - required
  • Highly organized work habits - required
  • Experience with multiple entities - required
  • Experience with multiple entities within a shared ledger environment is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment - required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or comparable experience
  • Self starter - required
  • Positive attitude - required

Hiring Process

Candidates will be interviewed online or by phone by the accounting team. A selection of those candidates will be interviewed onsite by senior executives. One candidate will be hired.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

  • Multi-Entity Reconciliation: 2 years (Required)
  • GAAP Financial Statement Preparation: 1 year (Required)
  • Shared Ledger Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Intercompany Due To/From Accounting: 2 years (Required)
  • Full-Cycle Month-End Close Oversight: 1 year (Required)
  • External Audit Preparation & Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Fixed Asset & Depreciation Schedules: 1 year (Required)
  • QuickBooks Online (Expert Level): 5 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Excel: 10 years (Required)
