Role Description

This is an on-site Accounting Manager role located in Murfreesboro, TN. The Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, overseeing accounting for fixed assets, and conducting financial analysis. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with financial regulations, streamlining financial processes, collaborating with internal teams, and providing strategic insights based on financial data. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to financial management. Salary $75K-$110K based upon experience

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Statements and Finance management
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate financial data for effective decision-making
• Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and accounting for Fixed Assets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with accounting software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, with prior leadership experience being a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and reporting
