technology. Based in Boonville, MO, we are scaling rapidly into manufacturing and

building a team to support our next phase of growth.

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on, high-performing accounting professional to own core

accounting operations and deliver accurate, timely financials in a growing environment.

This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, improves processes, and

operates with precision and urgency.

What You’ll Do

 Own the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)

 Lead monthly close and prepare financial statements

 Maintain cash flow visibility and support forecasting

 Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance

 Analyze results vs. budget and provide insights

 Identify and implement process improvements

What We’re Looking For

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience

 Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge

 Proven ability to manage accounting independently

 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

 Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel

Preferred: CPA (or pursuing), inventory/COGS experience, background in

manufacturing or distribution

Compensation & Benefits

 �� $95,000 salary

 20 days PTO + full benefits (medical, dental, life, AD&D)

 401(k) with 3% match
