About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and support financial operations across a growing multi-unit restaurant group. This role will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, manage a team of 2–3 Staff Accountants, and partner closely with leadership to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations (GL, A/P, A/R, reconciliations)
• Supervise and mentor a team of 2–3 Staff Accountants
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to leadership
• Ensure accuracy of banking activity and financial reporting
• Support audits and maintain compliance with GAAP standards
• Identify process improvements and help scale accounting operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Prior management or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Workday experience preferred (not required)
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit environments is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive “go-getter” mindset

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
