Accounting Manager

Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM PKT

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounting & Finance to lead accounting operations, manage financial reporting, oversee bookkeeping processes, and ensure smooth financial workflows for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to manage a team while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and reports
• Supervise bookkeeping and accounting team members
• Ensure accuracy in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting processes
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal processes
• Coordinate with clients regarding financial data, reports, and operational queries
• Review and improve accounting workflows and reporting procedures
• Support management with financial insights and operational reporting
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, ACCA, CA, or a related field
• 5–6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles
• Experience working with US-based clients is preferred
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, or similar tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
