For Accounting Functions:
· Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Timecards & Payroll processing, including check runs, ACH payments, remote check deposits, and bank reconciliations.
· Manage and reconcile, payroll, inventory and record sales revenues.
· Oversee collection of outstanding accounts receivable, non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
· Resolve issues of AP and AR
· Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
· Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate.
· Manage and communicate with insurance brokers in renewal of all required Liability and Workers Compensation insurance plans
· Prepare quarterly Sales Tax filing, all required Business Taxes and Annual Reports filing
· Manage and communicate with CPA firm in preparation of filing property tax and income tax.
For Human Resources Functions:
· Manage and administer employees benefit programs, including health insurance, (401K) retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits while ensuring compliance with data protection, procedures and documentation.
· On-boarding and Termination of employees - maintaining & tracking form completion
· Ensure timely processing of enrollment changes, including termination of benefits, invoice processing, premium reconciliations and discrepancies.
· Ensure timely processing of funding employees’ pre-tax 401k contribution, distribution, 401(k) Loans, 401(k) plan matching, profit sharing, HSA and FSA funding
· Develop and implement benefit communications to assist employees with benefit programs and policies, working with brokers and vendors to resolve issues.
Software Skills
· Quick Book or other accounting will be trained on new Steelhead ERP system
· MS Word, MS Excel (V-Lookup, Match, Pivot), Power Point. Outlook
Pay: $60,000.00 - $92,359.99 per year
