Accounting Manager - Arabic Speaker

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and efficient management of accounting processes within a travel and tourism environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Supervise and support the accounting team
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Handle VAT filing and ensure timely submissions
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience within a travel company
• Fluency in Arabic and English (required)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
