365 Disposal & Recycling is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to work with full-cycle accounting operations across multiple entities.
This is a hands-on role for a strong accounting professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accuracy across all financial processes in multipole entities.
Key Responsibilities - QuickBooks experience is a MUST
1. Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Record journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and adjustments
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close
2. Tax & Compliance Support
- Prepare and file sales tax returns
- Prepare annual 1099 reporting
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
- AP/AR processes
- Invoice customers for outstanding balances
- Manage merchant and credit card disputes
- Review cashier reports daily for accuracy
- Confirm all cash and credit card deposits are properly balanced and recorded
- Ensure proper customer billing
4. Payroll & HR Admin
- Weekly payroll processing
- Garnishments, benefits, Cal Savers
- WC audits & reporting
- EDD / agency responses
Education & Experience Requirements
- 5+ years full-cycle accounting experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation for Multipole Entities
- Experience with high transaction volume environments
- Strong understanding of internal controls
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- QuickBooks experience is a MUST
- Proficient in Excel
