Key Responsibiliti

• esOversee accrual basis accounting dutie
• s.Evaluate current processes to develop, implement, and document robust SOPs that drive efficiency and ensure strong internal control
• s.Work closely with the GM via a dotted-line relationship to understand day-to-day operations and financial need
• s.Collaborate extensively with third-party hospitality management partner. Review and analyze monthly operating bills, labor costs, and vendor reconciliation
• s.Perform deep-dive analytical tasks to identify financial discrepancies, improve margins, and present clear reports directly to executive leadershi
• p.Build and manage a dedicated team as the business scale
