Position Summary

Coats Rose, P.C. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with strong full-charge bookkeeping and supervisory skills to oversee the financial operations of our law firm. This role is responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining compliance with legal and trust accounting requirements, supervising accounting staff, and providing accurate and timely financial reporting to firm leadership. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a law firm environment and a deep understanding of attorney trust accounting and legal billing processes.

This position offers an opportunity to play a key leadership role in the fiscal management of a growing law firm while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.
