Accounting Manager — Part-Time

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Pay: $30.00 per hour

Job Summary

Black Pearl Holdings, LLC / Windermere Valley & Liberty Lake is seeking a part-time Accounting Manager to support day-to-day accounting and commission processing operations for our brokerage offices.

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining Real Ledger, tracking and processing agent commissions, assisting with accounts receivable, maintaining organized financial records, and coordinating accounting-related communication between office leadership and Shepherd Financial.

This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain the Real Ledger accounting system
  • Update SkySlope filing system
  • Process and track agent commissions accurately and timely
  • Assist with accounts receivable tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate accounting-related communication between office leadership and Shepherd Financial
  • Maintain organized financial and transaction records
  • Assist with reporting and reconciliation tasks as assigned
  • Support brokerage operations with accounting-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
  • Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines

Qualifications

  • Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office management experience preferred
  • Experience with Real Ledger or similar accounting software preferred
  • Experience with SkySlope software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Schedule

  • $30.00 per hour
  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • PTO accrual of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
  • Weekly timecard submission required
  • Non-benefit eligible position

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily sedentary office work
  • Frequent computer and phone use
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally

Employment Classification

This position is classified as part-time and non-exempt. Employment with Black Pearl Holdings, LLC is at-will and may be terminated by either the employee or the company at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
