Accounting Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to support our finance and operations team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate accounting records, company purchases, and stock inventory using Odoo ERP. This position is ideal for a motivated candidate seeking hands-on experience in accounting and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain company purchases, expenses, and supplier invoices
• Track and update stock inventory and cost records in Odoo ERP
• Prepare and manage sales invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Maintain accurate financial entries and supporting documentation
• Monitor inventory movements and reconcile stock records with operations
• Assist in monthly financial summaries and internal reports
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting and inventory documents
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience
• Working knowledge of Odoo accounting & inventory modules is required
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
