Accounting Officer

Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with corporate account's team for documents and accounting requirements.
  • Handle basic customer inquiries related to accounting and tax services.
  • Support compliance documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience preferred .
