Job Summary
This position supports accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general financial activities. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, timely reporting, and coordination with internal teams, customers, and vendors. It also provides support in logistics, compliance, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Perform AR/AP reconciliations and month-end close support
- Prepare financial reports including P&L and balance sheet
- Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and audit preparation
- Maintain accounting records, fixed assets, and inventory tracking
- Assist with tax filings and compliance coordination
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue invoices and process customer payments
- Apply cash and reconcile AR accounts
- Monitor aging and follow up on overdue accounts
- Handle credit/debit notes, RMAs, and discrepancies
- Maintain customer master data and invoice setup
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Manage expense tracking and reimbursements
- Track freight and month-end AP accruals
- Maintain vendor records and resolve inquiries
Logistics & Support
- Assist with freight cost tracking and warehouse expenses
- Support duty drawback documentation preparation
- Coordinate basic shipment-related information
Risk & Compliance
- Support customer credit checks and tax code setup
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Administrative Support
- Support vendor setup and maintenance
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, HR, and IT teams
- Assist with reporting and documentation
Position Requirements
- Accounting or business-related experience preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- ERP system experience preferred (SAP or similar)
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
