Co., established in 2011 with 350 million dollars investment for consecutive in partnership with South Korean POSCO, which was selected the world’s most competitive steel producer 10 years in row by WSD (World Steel Dynamics), Kibar Holding, which is included in Turkey’s leading business groups and with POSCO Daewoo which has a strong distribution network, is the first and only one cold rolling stainless steel producer in Turkey.

The company, which was founded with “From Asia to Europe Stainless Friendship“ motto and being a symbol of Turkey-South Korea friendship, provides significant benefit to economy of Turkey. By the 2,1 Billion $ local production that it has made since it was established for 500 customers, it contributes to the closure of foreign trade deficit by providing raw material to different sectors from white goods to kitchenware goods, from automotive to construction.

The facility, built on a closed area of 169,000 in Asım Kibar Organized Industrial Zone and working in 3 shifts, realizes production for 7 days and 24 hours a day. With the Women Employment Program launched in 2018, 25 women operators were employed at different departments and total employee number has reached more than 500 employees.

POSCO ASSAN TST is the 79th biggest company among 500 companies in Turkey in according to ISO, 2022 researches. Stepping in to the tenth year in production this year, with the export made in 2017 and 2018 the company won the first prize in Stars of Steel Export Award Ceremony organized by the Steel Exporters Association and carried out the shipment of 2 million tons in June 2023.

We are looking for "Accounting Process Leader" for our Accounting Department.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (Economy, Business or other related fields)

•Minimum 8 years of experience in tax practices and legislation, preferably in holding companies

•Must have a CPA license

•Preferably with experience in auditing and outsourcing companies

•Excellent command of MS Office Applications, especially Excel is an asset

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

•Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively with others

•Currently residing/willing to reside in Kocaeli

Job Description

•Experienced and command of tax practices and legislation

•Experienced in preparing all declarations, institutions and provisional taxes

•Having experience in VAT Refund (cash refund)/VAT Refund/SCT

•Refund processes and applications arising from export registered deliveries, and having the experience to manage and direct the process

•Following up-to-date changes in tax legislation and putting them into practice

•Declaring withholding transactions and transactions within the scope of exceptions correctly

•Managing e-invoice, e-ledger and e-archive processes

•Making necessary correspondence with tax offices and other official institutions and following up the processes

•Preparing financial tables and performing financial reporting

•Preparing necessary documents in audit processes and providing support to auditors

•8 - 10 years of experience

•Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)

Military Status:

•Completed, Exempt
