Job Summary:

We are now looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Maintain general ledger, reconcile accounts, and perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

2. Payables & Receivables:

• Oversee customer invoicing and collections.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.

3. Compliance & Audit:

• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements (UAE / India as applicable).
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate year-end audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance and internal audits.

4. Cash Flow & Banking:

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow and bank positions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and handle banking operations.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

5. Team & Process Management:

• Supervise junior accountants or assistants (if applicable).
• Streamline accounting processes and recommend system improvements.
• Coordinate with admin, HR, and operations departments for financial matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CA/CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, coworking spaces, or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT laws (UAE), and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
