Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Specialist to manage and oversee daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and records.

Monitor daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for financial optimization.

Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of financial resources.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in financial or accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics, trading, or international business (optional).

Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Odoo.

Professional certifications (CFA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
