Accounting Specialist
Easy Lift Door Company – Onsite (Sacramento Area)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who has a solid foundation and is looking to grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

This is a fully onsite role based in a warehouse/operations setting, so comfort working in that type of environment is important.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with billing and invoicing
• Support accounts receivable and collections follow-up
• Reconcile credit cards and assist with bank reconciliations
• Help with small accounting projects and clean-up tasks
• Work closely with management on day-to-day accounting needs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals (AP/AR, debits/credits)
• QuickBooks experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, hands-on environment

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, onsite
• $24–$28/hour depending on experience
