Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop experience. This role engages directly in accounting functions, supporting daily accounting operations and financial processes within a dynamic export business. This is not a routine accounting role—we are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and thinking creatively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop / Audit accounting transactions
- Process customer invoicing and payments / Monitor and reconcile bank activity and transactions
- Handle accounts payable and vendor payments / Manage accounts receivable and collections
- Reconcile company credit card activity / Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and systems
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
- Microsoft Suite experience: Outlook and Word required … Excel desirable
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience minimum / accounting, finance or related degree preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Operational proficiency navigating and managing online business and banking transactions
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and accurate data entry required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
- Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually
- Compensation is flexible and based on experience and qualifications
