About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate payments. This role is critical to maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing and payments
  • Verify, code, and process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies
  • Research discrepancies and resolve vendor issues
  • Prepare and schedule payments (check, ACH, credit card, wire)
  • Maintain organized records and support documentation
  • Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Manage vendor setup, W-9 collection, and payment verification
  • Process employee reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
  • Support AP automation tools and workflow improvements
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Experience with accounts payable processes
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
