Accounting Specialist Contract

Accounting Specialist contract position open for a fast-growing consulting firm in Greenville, SC. This team moves quickly, works a hybrid schedule, and supports a high volume of client engagements. In this role, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare client invoices, review and reconcile expenses, and support month-end close and day-to-day bookkeeping

We're hiring two contract Accountants for a 23 month support engagement to help their finance function keep pace with rapid growth. You'll handle day-to-day transactional accounting in a busy, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with A/R, A/P, expense management, and invoicing
• Background at a large, fast-paced organization
• Self-directed: you manage your own workload without hand-holding
• Comfortable in a remote-first culture
• Experience with consulting billable hours / professional services billing is a strong plus
