Accounting Specialist (Remote)

No Bull Financial Consulting (NBFC) provides world-class bookkeeping and accounting support to small businesses with three core promises: Honest Advice. Flat Fees. No Bullshit. We are a fast-growing, fully remote firm seeking a sharp, experienced Client Accounting Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a senior-level accounting position for someone who brings real expertise to the team. You’ll manage a portfolio of small business clients, handle complex or unusual accounting situations independently, and serve as the team’s go-to resource when something doesn’t look right.

After a successful probationary period, the right candidate will move into a supervisory role — reviewing and finalizing work completed by our bookkeeping assistants, coaching on complex situations, and serving as the team’s primary escalation point for accounting questions and client service issues before they reach the Owner.

If you’re the person other people come to when something looks off, we should talk.

Career Path

This role has a clear path to team leadership. After a probationary period, the right candidate will transition into a supervisory capacity — overseeing and reviewing the work of our bookkeeping assistants, serving as the team’s first line of accounting expertise, and handling escalated client situations before they reach the Owner.

We’re looking to build depth and expertise at the senior level, not just add headcount. If you want to grow your career without leaving a small-firm environment, this is it.
