Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
Process invoices and payments
Assist with payroll and tax-related documentation
Monitor company expenses and budgets
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Support daily office and financial operations

Qualifications

✔ Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred
✔ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Professional communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
