Job Description
The Accounting Staff will manage day-to-day accounting functions for MEP subcontracting projects, ensuring accurate financial records, proper cost tracking, and compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records for MEP subcontracting projects
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to suppliers and subcontractors
- Process invoices, progress billings, variations, and retention amounts
- Monitor job costing, project budgets, and expense allocations
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams
- Maintain proper documentation all related accounting documents
Qualifications & Requirements Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience inside the UAE
- Mandatory experience in Construction – MEP Sub-Contractor field
Strong understanding of:
- Project accounting
- Subcontractor billing & certification
- Retention, variations, and final accounts
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting works
- Strong MS Excel skills specially Excel
- Knowledge of UAE VAT laws
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
