We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to oversee our accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage accounting staff, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and reconcile accounts regularly.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Review journal entries, invoices, payments, and payroll for accuracy.
• Support audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to assist management in strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CA Inter, ACCA (part-qualified), or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and payroll procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
