Prepares work product for clients as directed by Managing Principal, Principal, Senior Manager, Manager Associate, and Senior Associate, and with emphasis on preparation of complex Excel models.
Job Description:
The Associate will be essential and important part of one or more of the firm's consulting teams, contributing his/her insights to client projects and assist the team/company to produce accurate and reliable results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project work in a variety of engagements; Review various type of real estate agreement, construction contracts, and documents; analyze, input, organize, and streamline the data regarding costs budgets/payments relating to construction; perform quality control checks, identifying job problems, audit and reconcile construction project costs and ensuring that projects are completed according to schedule; Prepare deliverable's consisting of MS Excel models/summaries and MS Word documents relating to reimbursements.
Education/Experience:
Undergraduate degree helpful but not required, emphasis in Economics, Finance, or Accounting preferred. Experience with accounting or real estate engagements in a consulting or related environment is helpful. Experience with land development, entitlement, home building, civil engineering, or municipal finance is helpful.
