Work Profile / Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing and managing Sales & Purchase Invoices.
  • GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry and matching with purchase bills.
  • Preparing and maintaining Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Making quotations based on customer enquiries.
  • Purchase entries
  • Sales entries
  • Payment/receipt entries
  • Ledger maintenance

Excel Knowledge :

  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • Pivot tables
  • Basic formulas
  • MIS report updating

Other Office Works :

  • Drafting and sending professional emails.
  • Vendor and customer coordination.
  • Maintaining day-to-day office documents and filing.
  • Assisting accounts team in monthly reconciliation and basic accounts work.
