Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive

Location: Sipcot, Ranipet, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Support:

  • Record daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses) in ERP system
  • Maintain petty cash records and assist with monthly reconciliation
  • Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and direct vendors for invoice tracking and payment follow-ups at Head Office
  • Support TDS, GST, and other statutory documentation under supervision

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain employee attendance database using biometric system and update leave records on a daily basis
  • Assist in preparing reports for HR and operations teams
  • Manage filing, documentation, and office supply inventory
  • Coordinate with external vendors (transport, courier, etc.)

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with Accounts, HR, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Support internal audits and compliance activities
  • Assist with onboarding documentation for new employees

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
  • Minimum qualification: B.Com or any degree with exposure to accounts/admin tasks
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics environment preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
