Accounts/ Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage books of accounts, payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.

-Prepare MIS, financial statements, budgets, and management reports.

-Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements.

-Handle export accounting, documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB), EBRC, BOE, and bank obligations.

-Manage forex realization and reconciliation of export proceeds.

-Conduct weekly stock and monthly order reconciliation for MIDORii.

-Maintain records of invoices, courier & freight bills, ensuring audit readiness.

-Oversee administration, vendor coordination, and HR support functions.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance.

-5+ years of experience in Accounts, Finance & Administration.

-Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance.

-Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, audits, and banking coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
