Accounts & Admin Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks while also managing administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts

  • Maintain daily financial records, vouchers, and ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations.

Administration

  • Handle digital files, filing and record keeping
  • Assist management in day-to-day office operations.
  • Enter relevant data on CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (accounts + admin).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
