Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer to support routine accounting and human resources functions. The role involves maintaining records, supporting payroll and administrative processes, and assisting with general HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
- Handle basic accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and vouchers
- Assist with payroll processing and related records
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits
- Track attendance and leave records
- Respond to routine employee queries related to HR matters
- Assist with compliance and internal reporting as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in accounting, HR, or administrative roles is a must
- Working knowledge of accounting and payroll processes
- Familiarity with MS Excel and relevant software systems
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
