We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both our administrative and financial processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to work.

Salary: Rs. 8,000 to 10,000/- per month + commission from bring new clients

Note: The salary is subject to hike very soon as we are on the phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Support:

  • Assist the accounting department with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Process and track accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage general office administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems (physical and electronic), and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, clients, and internal staff, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the management team and various departments as required.
