Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account & Administrative Associate to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, office administration, and coordination support. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative workflows across departments. We are looking for a professional who can handle both Accounts and Office Administration profile. In addition, the candidate will have to support for administration work for our foundation as well.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Support monthly and yearly closing processes
  • Assist in preparing reports for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain company documentation and digital filing systems
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments
  • Support in onboarding, payroll assistance, and attendance tracking
  • Liaise within organization and external partners as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and administrative policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

ESSENTIAL SKILL

  • Familiarity with GST, Tally, CRM or ERP systems is essential
