Accounts Analyst

Overview

PENNEP has a Contractual open position for an Accounts Analyst to support our finance operations. The role primarily involves bookkeeping and requires a basic understanding of GST and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounts, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth financial processes while being open to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
• Assist with the preparation of GST and TDS related data and filings.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.
• Support invoice processing and expense management.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for financial clarifications.
• Prepare simple reports and summaries for management review.
• Travel as required for audits, vendor visits, or financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and a basic understanding of Zohobooks.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Contract Details

• Type: Contractual (with possibility of extension based on performance & project needs)
• Duration: 12 Months
• Compensation: Competitive, as per market standards
