Accounts Analyst (Quick Books)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Analyst with strong proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid background in accounting operations. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, taxation, and financial reporting who want to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements with accuracy.
• Oversee Payroll management and ensure compliance with taxation laws.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost control.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP standards.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Handle expense tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in corporate or industry settings.
• Expert proficiency in QuickBooks (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 7 pm – 4 am (US Time Zone)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs98,000.00 per hour
