Accounts and Admin Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounts department with basic accounting tasks while also handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Duties:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Maintain financial records and filing systems
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Support audits and other accounting tasks as required

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle office correspondence (emails, calls, documents)
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounts: 1 year (Required)
