Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Logistics Officer to join our team in Vashi. This dual-role position is critical for ensuring the financial health of our operations while maintaining a seamless domestic and international supply chain. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, mandatory expertise in Tally, and a thorough understanding of export/import logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Financial Reporting (Crucial): Independently prepare, manage, and finalize Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Daily Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Tax & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Indian statutory requirements, including the timely calculation and filing of GST, TDS, and other relevant taxes.
• Reconciliation & Auditing: Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations, and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Export & Import Documentation (Crucial): Prepare, review, and manage comprehensive export and import documentation, ensuring flawless customs clearance and international compliance.
• Shipment Coordination: Manage domestic logistics and international shipments, liaising directly with freight forwarders, customs clearing agents, and transporters.
• Tracking & Inventory: Track shipments from origin to destination, monitor warehouse inventory levels, and coordinate dispatch schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5–6 years of proven, hands-on experience in a similar accounts and logistics role, preferably within the FMCG, agriculture, or import/export sectors.
• Technical Skills: * Mandatory: Expert-level proficiency in Tally (Tally Prime / ERP 9).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (like WooCommerce) is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS) and global shipping protocols.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, rigorous attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
