Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account and Admin Assistant to support daily financial operations, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone beginning their career in finance or accounting, with opportunities to grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Organize and file accounting documents and records
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
- Filing and maintain reports and report to Senior Accountant.
- She must be proficient in Computer use and Excel
- She must be able to handle the work load efficiently and able to adapt to working environment.
- She must be fluent in English language in written and verbal
- She must have professional knowledge on email writing
- She must be professional in use of Microsoft office
- She must have experience on handling property works
- She should be able to handle pressure tasks
- This is urgent hiring so must able to join asap
