Accounts and Finance Manage

Job Description

SPAR Steel Industries is seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategy implementation to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Develop and monitor financial strategies, including forecasting and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and international accounting standards.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management to support decision-making.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and UAE tax laws.
• EExcellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
