Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in any US / International based company with at least 3 years in the software/tech industry.
• Working experience of US based companies required.
• Females are encouraged to apply

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• Proficient in developing and managing financial forecasts, budgets, and P&L statements.
• Experience with local corporate taxation laws and regulations (FBR in Pakistan, IRS in the US).
• Expertise in cost analysis and reduction strategies, especially for tech-driven businesses. Managing R&D expenditures, and capitalizing software development costs.
• Hands-on experience with financial management software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, NetSuite, or SAP.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Expertise in managing cash flows and working capital in fast-growing tech companies.
• Managing international transactions, multi-currency payments, and hedging strategies.
• Experience leading finance teams in diverse environments.
• Pakistani Regulators: SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan), FBR (Federal Board of Revenue).
• US Regulators: IRS (Internal Revenue Service), SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).

Job Location: Onsite, DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View, Lahore.

Job Timings: PAK TIME: 5:30PM to 2:30AM
