Asian Trade Center (ATC) is a dynamic trading organization involved in import, export, and distribution activities. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Assistant to support our finance department with routine accounting and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Support monthly accounts closing and financial statement preparation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Help in preparing documentation for audits and taxation matters.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and billing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related finance/accounting field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance.
- Good command of MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
