Accounts and HR Assistant (Female)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts including cash book, bank book, ledgers, and vouchers
  • Record daily accounting transactions in Tally/ERP
  • Prepare and verify payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
  • Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare salary sheets, payslips, and maintain payroll records
  • Calculate and deduct statutory compliances such as PT.
  • Handle employee payroll and HR-related queries
  • Prepare, file, and ensure timely submission of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Reconcile GST data with GSTR-2B and books of accounts
  • Maintain GST records and follow up on notices or queries
  • Ensure timely payment of GST and other statutory dues
  • Coordinate with vendors and departments for compliance and documentation
  • Handle office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain office records, assets, and inventory
  • General administrative support and management reporting

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Working experience in Tally/ERP and accounting software
  • Good understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
  • Practical knowledge of GST laws, return filing, and reconciliation
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving and compliance-oriented mindset
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting or HR support roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
