Accounts and Operations Manager

Company Overview:

We are a growing solar energy company specializing in residential and commercial solar projects. Our mission is to promote clean energy solutions while providing high-quality solar power installations. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts and Operations Executive to manage financial transactions, operations, and logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial records, GST filings, and tax compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting.
  • Process vendor payments and track project expenses.

Operations & Administration:

  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics for solar projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and installation teams for smooth operations.
  • Assist in project documentation, approvals, and subsidy applications.
  • Maintain customer records and handle service requests efficiently.
  • Support sales and customer service teams with operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Zoho Books and other accounting software is a must.
  • Strong understanding of GST, taxation, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in the solar industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
