Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts

Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes

Record and reconcile customer payments and vendor/bill payments

Coordinate with management, auditors, and external accountants when required

Work closely with accounts, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution

Prepare and send quotations and sales proposals

Process sales orders and coordinate with operations or warehouse teams

Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales documentation

Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, invoices, and order status

Support the sales team with reports, follow-ups, and documentation

Assist in maintaining Zoho CRM or other sales tracking systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in accounting and sales support roles

Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)

Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting

Experience in trading, automation, electronics, or project-based companies is a plus

Ability to work independently while managing both finance and customer-facing tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
