Faraz and Brothers is a premier trading and customs clearance company specializing in construction machinery parts and global logistics. We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle our daily accounts and social media presence.
The ideal candidate is a "dual-talent" individual: someone who is highly organized with numbers and Excel, but also confident and creative enough to represent our brand to clients worldwide through digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update daily client ledgers for machinery parts and customs clearance services using MS Excel.
- Payment Tracking: Monitor receivables, reconcile bank statements with receipts, and ensure all financial records are 100% accurate.
- Invoicing: Generate professional invoices and follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Social Media Management: Manage our company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Brand Growth: Create posts showcasing our machinery stock and clearance expertise to build trust with international and local traders.
- Client Communication: Handle professional inquiries via social media and email to help grow our global client base.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com, BBA, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and a strong understanding of how to use Social Media for business.
- Soft Skills: Strong professional communication skills for both client follow-ups and marketing content.
- Detail-Oriented: A high level of accuracy in bookkeeping is essential.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and take ownership of both the "books" and the "brand."
